Extravaganza

Summer started early this year, with temperatures around 100F/38C as early as end of May. And added to this heat, Central Texas saw very little rain. Today started really hot. By noon, it was already 102F. So it was an extremely pleasant surprise to see… rain fall late in the afternoon. It felt extraordinary. Despite the small amount of water, it felt extravagant.
